What Is SprintFastest?
SprintFastest is an exclusive, invitation-only sprint competition designed to showcase the fastest young athletes in Scotland. Bringing together the top sprinters from age groups U11 to U20, this event offers a unique opportunity for athletes to compete in a high-performance environment with electronic timing, professional officiating, and an electric atmosphere.

Event Schedule
A packed day of races, entertainment and community fun.
09:00 — Athlete Arrival & Registration
All athletes must arrive by 9:00 for registration. Warm-up areas available.
10:00 — Gates Open for Spectators
Music, event village, speed selfie booth and kids zone open.
10:30 — All-Athletes Parade
Athletes parade, group photo and motivational send-off.
11:00 — Heats Begin (100m)
20 heats total — 2 heats per gender across 5 age groups.
12:00 — Athlete Spotlights & DJ Set
Interviews, DJ and sponsor giveaways.
13:30 — Spectator Sprint Challenge
Round 1: Kids sprint. Round 2: Adults sprint. Round 3: Special Guests Sprint.
13:45 — Finals Begin (100m)
10 finals total — 1 final per gender across 5 age groups.
14:30 — Awards Ceremony
Medals and prizes awarded; athlete signing wall open. Club recognition moments. Group photos and sponsor shout-outs.
15:00 — End of Day Celebration
DJ wrap-up set. Thank-you messages and social media highlights.

Athlete Information
SprintFastest is invitation-only for U11 — U20 athletes. Selection is based on verified outdoor 100m performances on Power of 10 as at the end of the 2024/2025 season.
Who Can Compete?
Invited athletes from U11 to U20 based on Power of 10 rankings. Athletes are selected based on verified outdoor 100m performances listed on Power of 10 as at the end of the 2024/2025 season. Age group as at end of the 2024/2025 season is also used.
Race Format
• 100m sprint only
• Timed heats followed by finals
• Electronic timing for accuracy
• Medals and prizes for top finishers

At least 1 hour before their first race. Registration opens at 8:30 AM.
Yes, indoor changing and warm-up areas are available.
Finalists will receive SprintFastest branded kit.
