Stefan got into sprinting through his club, where he discovered how much he enjoyed racing. Since then, the focus has been on getting faster.
Stefan is looking beyond tiny improvements. For the next 12 months, he wants to take a decent chunk off his PBs and see just how much more he can get from his sprinting.
