Aoife was already doing well at sprinting at school when she decided to take the next step and join a club. And somewhere along the way, sprinting became something she really loved.
Now, with a 25.82 200m PB, Aoife is setting herself new goals, working hard and seeing just how much further she can push herself.
Her focus is on making the most of every opportunity to improve, and when she steps onto the track at the SprintFastest All-Star Indoor Championship, she wants to enjoy the moment, have lots of fun and come away with a new PB.
