By registering for SprintFastest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Athletes must be within the age categories U11 to U20 as of the event date.
• Entries are by invitation only, based on verified performance data from Powerof10.

2. Parental/Guardian Consent

• For athletes under 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who
  consents to the athlete’s participation.

3. Health & Safety

• Athletes participate at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the athlete and/or
  guardian to ensure the athlete is medically fit to compete.
• First aid will be available on-site, but organisers are not liable for any injury, illness, or
  loss incurred during the event.

4. Photography & Media

• By entering, you consent to the use of event photography and videography for
  promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and press coverage.
• Athletes must make themselves for media call during the day including photography,
  videography, interviews etc.

5. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event administration
  and communication.
• Data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties
  without consent.

6. Code of Conduct

• All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward
  officials, volunteers, and other attendees.
• Any form of abuse, discrimination, or unsporting behaviour may result in removal from
  the event.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• The organisers will bear the cost of entry for all athletes.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be
  made to reschedule.
• Organisers are not liable for any expenses incurred if the event is cancelled.

8. Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, or venue if
  necessary.
